I have a love for tea infused with different flowers, and I believe you share the same appreciation. Some of my favorite flower types include chamomile, lavender, rose, linden, and passion flowers. These flowers are well-known for their calming and soothing effects, which help in balancing our energy for healing purposes. Each individual possesses a unique energetic essence and the ability to adjust their energy to create a healing and revitalizing atmosphere. Adaptability is essential for both healing and survival, and these flowers have been used for centuries, dating back to ancient times, for this very reason. It is probable that most flowers from various cultures can be linked to the origins of human civilization.
Chamomile tea is renowned for its gentle adaptogenic properties, providing advantages for symptoms associated with menopause, metabolic syndrome, and stress linked to high cortisol levels. It aids in regulating the nervous system, enabling the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems to function harmoniously. Numerous studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of chamomile as a dietary supplement.
This plant is known for its diverse chemical compounds that exhibit adaptogenic properties, act as antioxidants, possess antibiotic characteristics, and aid in treating stomach ailments.
Other herbs that I like to combine with chamomile are tulsi, fennel, marshmallow root and raspberry leaf. Either together, separately or in different combinations. Marshmallow and fennel more for stomach and digesstion. Tulsi for anytime abd raspberry for the uterus.
